Itinerary
After breakfast in Arusha, you’ll drive to Tarangire National Park (approx. 2.5 hrs), famous for its large elephant herds and towering baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive, spotting wildlife like giraffes, lions, and various antelopes. After a picnic lunch in the park, continue your exploration before heading to your lodge near Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight.
After an early breakfast, depart for the world-famous Serengeti National Park, passing through the Ngorongoro Highlands with scenic views along the way. Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive in the vast Serengeti plains, home to the Great Migration (seasonal), big cats, elephants, and more. Dinner and overnight at a lodge or tented camp inside the park.
Enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti, giving you another chance to spot predators on the move and herds grazing across the open plains. After lunch, begin your drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with optional stops at Maasai villages or Olduvai Gorge. Arrive at your lodge on the crater rim in time for sunset, dinner, and overnight stay.
Early morning descent into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. Explore the crater floor, where you may see rhinos, lions, hippos, zebras, and other wildlife in a concentrated area. After a picnic lunch by the hippo pool, you’ll ascend the crater and begin your return to Arusha, arriving by late afternoon—marking the end of your unforgettable safari.
